How Your Free Week Works:

Free Weeks are for people looking to learn more and fully experience our classes. In order to claim your Free Week, book your first class below. On the day of your first class, the Free Week will be activated. During the Free Week, you may return and participate in as many classes as you’d like. You may also use all the basic amenities provided such as lockers, towel service, etc.

Please note that the Free Week offer is for class participation only (i.e. not for Ninja or Obstacle drop-ins) unless previously authorized by Free Run staff/management.

What to expect when you arrive:

  • Sign a waiver (if not already done so online)
  • Quick tour of facilities & introduction to your instructor
  • The class is delivered in a small group training format
  • Your FREE week will be applied to your account on your first visit

What should you bring?

  • Arrive 10 min earlier to get orientated and settled
  • Indoor CLEAN training shoes
  • Water bottle, we also have a water fountain
  • Your own lock for the lockers
