How Your Free Week Works:

We are now back to offering Free Weeks, however, due to the current pandemic situation, Free Weeks must be pre-arranged with management. Please call 905 812 5240 or email Info@FreeRunInc.com for more information.

Free Weeks are for people looking to learn more and fully experience our classes. During the Free Week, our team will help you reserve your spot for the classes/Open Gym times you wish to try. On the day of your first class, the Free Week will be activated. During the Free Week, you may return and participate in as many classes as you’d like, space permitting.

Please note that the Free Week offer is for class participation only (i.e. not for Ninja or Obstacle drop-ins) unless previously authorized by Free Run staff/management.

What to expect when you arrive:

  • Sign a waiver (if not already done so online)
  • Quick tour of facilities & introduction to your instructor
  • The class is delivered in a small group training format (currently max 8 ppl per class)
  • Your FREE week will be applied to your account on your first visit

What you need to know and bring?

  • Arrive 15 min before your class to allow time for COVID-19 pre-screening protocols
  • Come dressed & ready for class (change rooms & showers are currently off limits)
  • Masks on entry are recommended and may be removed once you are in your allocated workout spot/area
  • Bring only your essentials, such as a full water bottle, car keys, etc.
